Can you go down and pay the filing fee and file the complaint? Of course, the filing window clerk doesn't read the complaint.
Will the judge toss it out. Yes. In order for there to be a lawsuit there must be a controversy between two sides. If in reality the two sides are the same entity, the court will throw the case out.

Theroreticly yes. Case in the US. A man wrecked his own car by rear-ending it with his work car(he works for the city) . So he sued the city, because a cityemployee(himself) damaged his car and even won the case

You wouldn't get any extra money, because it would still be your 800 bucks, and you'd have to pay the legal fees for both sides...which wouldn't be cheap...so it's not the greatest idea. I don't think that there is an actual law against it, though.

the daddy might ought to coach which you have been, in some way, negligent and which you had administration over the people on the sea coast. He ought to no longer sue you quickly as you're an worker and your boss might have public criminal duty insurance or the council does not enable him on the sea coast. So no longer something for you in my view to fret approximately. even however, do verify that your boss has a written record of what befell and contain the certainty which you had asked the adult men with the soccer to maintain sparkling of the donkeys. it rather is as much as the daddy to coach that the animal stood on her and to coach what harm advance into carried out and to justify any reimbursement that he seeks out of your boss's insurance.

I don't think so since the other party believed to have cause injury would also be you. you wouldn't have grounds to proceed. Just write yourself a check and settle out of court.

I'm sure the judge will invoke the "stupidity clause" and throw both the prosecution and the defense out of the courthouse!

You can sue yourself, but you would have to pay yourself. If you want the insurance company to pay, you sue THEM.
