I have Hsi(High Speed internet) and it stop completely when I download this. If this is a big problem should I contact microsoft or embarq?

No .. when u install the service pack just restart the computer .
Am using this for my company . Not yet happen like this . Check ur connection one more time .

You may have to re-install your ISP disk, that SP2 is a pain, there has already been over 1400 MB's of patches in April, May and June.

microsoft have a patch, search for it on their site.

uninstall it you might be having a conflict with it
