I used to be a surfer, boogie boarder, a skateboarder, an ice skater, rollerblader, horseback rider, can pitch a baseball better than most guys can...and used to play tons of sports when I was young. I was on the track team in high school too...was fast and strong and in absolutely excellent shape. I wish I had understood that then and had appreciated the physical shape I was in. Things happened and now I have health problems I'm struggling with...it would be terrific to have the slim figure and endless amount of energy I used to have!

my memory is so bad I can forget what I'm talking about in the middle of a sentence. I can hardly read a book becasue I forget the sentences as soon as I read them.
