Here's a few pointers on "rich people".
A few of them were given the money and have never worked a day in their life. They were born rich and have lived a life of luxury. The minute that they take their eyes OFF of holding onto all that money.....it will begin to slip away. It is VERY expensive to live a life of luxury....when you don't work. You depend on investments for your income and the road to the poor-house is LITTERED with people who let someone ELSE take care of their money. So they can't trust many people. They probably spend money like CRAZY......but also give a lot of money away to charities of MANY types...because giving money away is VERY COOL with really rich people. They constantly BRAG about their favorite charities and all of the good things that they do. Taxes are VERY, VERY expensive to rich people who do not work. Imagine making 10% on your money in an investment ....and then having 50% eaten up in income, sales, usage, property, etc taxes!!!! You would be concerned, TOO.
Whatever you WOULD have had in the bank as income is cut by more than HALF.
The other type of rich person WORKS for his/her money. They are either SMARTER than most of us or work WAYYYYY harder than most of us. So, when they get a tax "bill" for 50% of their money they have to work HARDER and that makes them upset!!!! It makes YOU upset, too.....when lots of your money goes to the government, doesn't it???
On top of all of that.....the government has NEVER been the most frugal "charity" out there. If you want to help people it is usually better to support local charities that know how to distribute the help, right??? Rich people who pay LOTS of taxes have a bigger say and a bigger complaint about how POORLY their tax dollars are spent. If you pay $10,000 in taxes you should be very upset. If you paid $100,000-$1,000,000 in taxes every year wouldn't you be MORE upset???!!! Even if you had lots more money left you'd be concerned that your money was being "wasted"......that would be NORMAL... EXPECTED.
Most rich people find it a FULL-TIME JOB to hold onto the money they work SO HARD FOR.
It's not our/your money.
And why would YOU complain about something that the rich do, anyway. If you save up your money and get a good education you can join their club and report on their problems from the "inside".

As a person who is in a comfortable living, I felt drawn to answer this. My husband and I both worked our tushies off when we were young, went to college that we both paid for ourselves to the last penny, scrimped and saved and lived off sacks of beans, rice and potatoes, with no one's help, and are now living ok. We pay over $30,000 a year in taxes which is almost what the average american makes in a year. We still live modestly and within our means but it angers me when I see able bodied young men and women with an outstretched hand because they are owed this or that. I tried to hire a young man and he flat out told me that the reason he was on welfare was because he didn't want to work then cussed me out. Angry about highering my taxes for people like him? YES!!!

Because there rich and full of themselves. they make sure they stay rich by lowering the percent they are taxed. so if they make 10,000,000$ and have to pay 10% they still pay 1,000,000, but if a poor person makes 50$ in a day and have to pay 30% that's 15$. Lot worse for them than the rich guy

Because they have to pay such a higher price to be a citizen in good standing by paying taxes that spring from resentment and demogogery.

Cause they pay the largest share of taxes! Remember, the poor aren't the ones providing your job.

The top 1% (by income) in the U.S. pays 36.2% of all Federal and State taxes.
The lower 50% by income in the U.S. pays ...4%! Yep!
What do YOU think is fair?

No one likes giving their money, especially seeing how it gets wasted by the current administration.

Well, if they didn't, taxes would probably be higher. They're the only ones with any power. Ha-haha-ha!
[Not funny!]

They are taxed higher, and they believe it's unfair, even though they still have an **** load of cash.
