It is just a brand of an enema that will clean you out pretty well. I would suggest getting a enema douche combo unit from a drug store and using that instead. A good recipe is 2 cups organic aloe vera juice and 2 cups organic olive oil. Hold it as long as possible and it should unplug you very well and it will not harm your body as much as a chemical enema. Good luck and be careful.

fleet is a brand of laxitiv i think you drink it but it mite work the outher way if you drink it start with a half dose that stuf is potint stay close to a rest room

it is a bottle filled with water of some sort that you stick in you butt when you're constapated to help you poop. not fun I hear. EAT YOUR FIBER!!
