You are either stressed or you are pregnant. Keeping it real!

I agree with everyone who says it is a hormonal imbalance. I am almost 32 and I am going through the same thing. I have never had a problem with acne and it is not bad now, but I am having break outs. My hair is really depressing me also. It is oily and drab. I cannot do a thing with it and I can wash it everyday and it still gets oily at my scalp and dry and lifeless at the ends. I am having headaches and I have never had headaches in my life. I keep naggin headaches almost daily for thee last few weeks. I am having stomach discomfort as well as bowel movement issues. I am having what seems to be PMS but I am having the symptoms daily. I go back to the doctor myself July 18th. I just had a pap smear done last month and it came back normal. My breast are sore as heck, too. I spoke with my OB/GYN last month about some of these things going on with me, but things have gotten worse since my appointment last month. She said it was my hormones and that maybe I was experiencing perimenopause. This is pretty much early menopause. I am also having hot flashes, insomnia, sweat like crazy and have ferocious mood swings. When you go to the doctor Monday ask about perimenopause or hormones. I know I am gonna be more thorough when I go back next month. Good luck.

If you had a c-section this could explain the stomach cramps. You could have developed scar tissue. As far as your breast being tender I'm not sure what to tell you about that. If you breastfed your daughter and it hasn't been that long since you stopped that could be the reason for them being sore. It really sounds as if you're having a hormone issue.

Sounds like a hormone imbalance. Generally oily skin and breakouts are caused by increased levels of testosterone (yes, women have it too) or progesterone.

Maybe a hormonal imbalance? Women whose testosterone production is up often get acne and oily skin.

Ask your doctor to test how high your free testosterone is.

Could be poly-cystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), which leads to elevated testosterone. It could also be that your body is hyper-sensitive to testosterone.

I can only think of 2 possible reasons:
it is either you are having hormonal imbalance or you are pregnant again.
