When Dr. Phil is locked in a room with this other guy being held hostage by the clown people things. (they show up at the end of the movie)The other part is when the guy (from two and a half men) is in his apartment with his girlfriend and tales the bottle of Viagra.

(this takes place in Saw or Saw2) Kevin Garnett and Dr.Phil find themselves locked up in a room with chains on them. Now whats his face is like you have three shots to make on this machine. Then Dr.Phil admits to Kevin that he really isnt a doctor and that he doesnt fell bad for anyone on his show. Then jigsaw tells them that they need to press this button to be free which is out of their reach since they are in chains.So Kevin tells Dr.Phil to cut his leg off (cause they have this saw thing next to them) So Dr.Phil does and he holds up his foot that he cut off and Kevin says uhhh........doctor wrong foot. then Phill says oh shiit and faints
