Fish have eye's that are adapted to see under water but what is there ability to see out of water?
Would a fish need corrective lenses to see properly?
Can fish hear out of water or would it be distorted?

Since fish are marine animals that live under water and humans are actually land animals that of course, live on land, the fish's eyesight out of water would look exactly the same as when you put your head underwater. It'll look just the same. But then again it also depends what level the fish live in. The fish that live in the deepest ends of the sea can hear the best and have a very clear eyesight. The fish at the coral reef simply don't need a lot of eyesight or hearing because they're level of the water (which is the highest) is the friendliest, believe it or not. Including the fish in the fire coral. All marine animals cannot hear underwater, but they use the same technique as the bats, but some fish do not echo like the dolphins and bats do, lol.

It wouldn't really matter since fish can't live out of water for very long...they die.
