check for a pulse , no pulse give CPR,send some one for help,
if possible give him an aspirin ,place it under the tongue,it works quicker,if no help forth coming desist on CPR as its not worth it unless you have a defibrillator handy, many large stores have them in the first aid kit.
certainly here in England,
remove outer clothing {only the top}if no heart beat visible,
push button,,,the ones here wont work if there is a heart beat so basically you cant go wrong,
if the person has had a heart attack and still aware, give him? an aspirin if hes not allergic to them and reassure him,her till help arrives

Pull them out of the street.
Dial 911 and report it.
Make the person comfortable and try to get as much information from them as possible to share with the Paramedics when they arrive.

Call 911 and wait. If you do CPR on him/her and you crack a rib or something they can sue you. And besides I like to see someone die in front of me. Not because I psycho! but I would never get the chance to otherwise. I'm Just curious.

Depends if you're trained in CPR (Cardio-pulmonary Resuscitation)
If you are, you'll know what to do................
If not don't try it, because you are accountable for your actions, in the event of it going s**t-shaped and you actually kill them outright, instead of saving them !
Just call 999 and explain the circumstances !
