Why how old are you? I hope at least 17, if not than it is possible for your parents to press the issue. he could be arrested for statutory rape. even if you say you are a willing participant. I know that if you are pregnant is it possible you should reconsider I know it sounds really wrong but you do realize he can't help you from prison do you expect your parents to help you, I also know that abortion is on it's way to being illegal but there are other options. besides what do you tell your baby when it's old enough to know, would tell it that it's father was put in jail because you were being brought into this world or keep a secret. all in all I had a baby at 17 the father stayed for 11 yrs I just got lucky and his parents was very help full but it's hard to finish school go to college get a good paying job and expect the same out of the father, men are very immature for a very long time I'm talk-en at least 35 if your Lucky! are you really ready for so much responsibility's at such a Young tender age. their is so much I missed out on a whole bunch I didn't have a normal teen or twenty's like any girl & boy should. you should really have a life before you make life. I don't mean to babble on but as you get older you will understand trust me Im' only 30 I'm just trying to be real & honest.

All things considered, nothing melts the heart like a grand child. They may be totally pissed at first and hurt because the trusted you to not get into this predicament but they will eventually come around. All I can tell you is to get a job and have him do the same. Start saving money just in case you are preggy, you will have a baby to pay for. With all due respect, please try to stay away from welfare and public assistance. You created this child not the government, show some responsibility. As for you and your boyfriend, if you were not ready to be married b4 this baby than you should wait until you are. Getting married for a baby is one of the biggest mistakes you could make. Just be and open and honest daughter(I mean what is the point of hiding it... they are going to know sooner or later right?), be strong and say what needs to be said and stand your ground. This is not going to be easy. It is time to grow up. Look forward to your future and be the best mom you can be.

Yes he can and it does not matter if you defend him the state you live in will press criminal charges against him if your parents says something. The only way he won't be in trouble is if you are older than he is and in that case you could be in trouble. Be very carefull because if your parents aren't approving of the relationship and what's going on he may very well get charged with 1st degree sexual assault.

Leon B is inncorrect at least in the state of WI he will be charged as an adult if he is 17, younger if a court rules that he should be tried as an adult.

I can only assume you are under age 18. If that is true. An Adult having sex with a minor is generally considered statutory rape and he could go to persion.

What you can do is make sure you notify the authorities that the sex was consensual. Coming from the "victum" that carries a lot of weight.

please dont listen to leon cause he can get in trouble since the state can press charges against him even if yoor parents dont and there isnt anything you or your parents can do to drop the charges..and depending on what state you are in even if he is younger than 18 if he more than 3 years older than you ( say if you are 12 and he is 17) then he can be arrested and charged with statutory rape

You said you are bf IS going to be 18. So, he had sex with you before his 18th birthday. Therefore, he can not be charged for a thing.

If you are both under 18, then not as much to worry about,if one of you were over 18, you got big trouble!

I am not sure you may have to check the laws in your state, but if he was 17 when you got pregnant then legally there is nothing that they can do to him.
