It feels a lot like there's a stone in your shoe. The only problem is, the stone is inside your foot. You can possibly get relief by wearing a "heel cup" inside your shoe, but you may need to have a foot doctor look at it. If you get a heel cup and it doesn't feel any better i a day or two, I'd make an appointment with a foot doctor. Most health insurance will cover them just like they cover MDs.

Mine feel like nails in my feet and every time I step they stab me. Mine are starting to come back. I wish I could remember what I did to get rid of them before. They are worse when you've been on your feet a lot, then you rest- your feet swell then and when you get up, it's like nails stab you in a bunch of places in the heel of your foot when you put weight on them.

They do go away. But I guess some people get surgery. I've been told they were calcium deposits.
