There is a valve or some sort of assembly for the clutch on the motor i need to know how to put it together. Maybe a diagram or something because it can twist and open up to like 540 degrees but the bolts only let it move a little bit. And the clutch cable does not reach that assembly on the motor the way i have that assemble set up now. It is like a spiral valve i canot figure out....

Try looking up your bike at bikebandit.com, the parts diagram may help you figure out what you need to know. From your question I cannot figure out what you are having a problem with.

I'm not sure of what bolts you're talking about, that don't allow the clutch release lever to move. The lever should point towards the center of the motor.
-To install the cable, remove it from the handle bars.
-Install the cable on the clutch release lever on the motor.
-Pull the cable and insert it in the holder on the crankcase.
-Route the cable up to the the left handle bar lever.
-Screw the adjuster all the way in towards the lever.
-There is a slot on the adjuster and lock nut. Line it up with the slot on the clutch lever.
-Insert the ball of the cable into the lever.
-Hook the outer sheath of the cable on the lock nut.
-Pull in the lever to activate the clutch.
-Grab the cable, pull it away from the lever as you're releasing the lever.
-Adjust the free play of the cable. You should be able to move the clutch lever about an 1/8" before any tension is put on the cable.
Any other problems you're having, e-mail me with a better explination.
