Mine is three skull that are from the Mexican tradition el dia de los muertos, or the day of the dead.

I was with this beautiful man for many years who was an amazing artist. He moved away and we corresponded regularly through regular mail. One of the letters I received had a really neat design..like a flower. I went and had it tattood on my ankle and he was surprised by it when we saw each other the next time. We aren't together anymore but he is still (as far as I know) doing his art thing in NYC. I joke that someday he will be famous and my leg will be worth alot!! I never ever regret the tattoo even though we are no longer together. It means alot to me.

My favorite tattoo thus far has to be the memorial I had tattooed ono in memory of my late Grandmother.
