hey, i'm from mexico, and BUENA is spanish for "good", but its female, it can also mean "hot" and #sexy", but many girls dont like to be called like that, its like mean

Buena means GOOD that is female. If it were Bueno it would mean GOOD that is male.
If you are just saying GOOD without specifying male or female then it would be bueno.
