On B is correct - it's a contraction of it is...the others are incorrect because they are supposed to be possessives.

They all look right to me.

It's can be a conjunction to shorten it is or it can be used to show possession.

Furniture would be the subject, It takes the place of the word abd therefore should be able to use it's when refering to qualities IT posseses.

B. It's is a contraction for it is. Its without the apostrophe is a possessive pronoun like his and hers. The other three sentences should use its without the apostrophe.

B

The apostrophe in "it's" ALWAYS indicates a contraction of "it is" and NEVER EVER EVER acts as a possessive indicator. If you learn this one thing, you will know one thing more than 80% of English-speaking adults! (Shazzam included, apparently!)

B is correct- because it's in this case means it is. if you substitute in the sentence, it makes sense.
However, if you substitute it is in the other sentences and read them out-- it makes no sense-- instead they should be its-- which is the possessive

B. Think that it's is short for it is. "It is a relaxing holiday" makes sense but if you replace the others they don't.
