I know this totally out of wack but I wanted a girl with both of my pregnancies and I have a 6 year old boy and I am 37.5 weeks with my second boy! I had the same two names picked out for both. If you are not dead set on Adrianna, Name her
ABRIANNE MAKENNA
CASSIDY MEGHAN
There are two beautiful stories behind these names!
My cousin was pregnant twice with girls. She opted for adoption instead of abortion and the family that was going to adopt the first one Cassidy declined her after she was born with Downs Syndrome, so she was given up at the hospital and with Abrianne
the same family done the same thing. It is just a thought but I always said that If I ever had a girl I would pay tribute to those two little girls that were given away because they were born with a disability! Good luck not only with the name but having a beautiful and loved daughter!!!

I've used my grandmother's middle name for the girl's name I've chosen. I've also used my great-grandfather's middle name for the boy's middle name that I've chosen. That's always a good way to pass on a name without naming them exactly after them.

You could use the names of favorite actresses or names of characters. My fiance's middle name came from a character from a soap opera. >.>
