There are a lot of reasons you could be tired they could be a simple as not getting enough sleep or they could be more health related you might be dehydrated or you could have a problem with your thyroid. You should try drinking a big glass of water and lying down for a while. I would also talk to your doctor about the way you are feeling. Good luck.

There could be so many reasons. You need to consult your doctor and maybe have some tests run.
When I felt that way many years ago, it was due to a low iron count in my blood. After getting shots every other week for a couple of months I was fine and full of energy.
Some of the cause of that was due to a pregnacy that I wasn't aware of until I went to the doctor. It can take so much out of your system that you need to replenish it.
Not knowing your age or circumstances, it's impossible to say. There is also the possibility of mononucleosis which drains a person of their energy. You need the doctor to give you a diagnosis.
I wouldn't delay. Nobody wants to feel drained all the time when life is so filled with things to do. Good luck to you.

It may be low blood sugar. Do you have a family history of hypoglycemia, diabetes or heart trouble?
For now, when you get dizzy, eat a protein based snack, tuna or salmon is really good. Eat some 5-minute oatmeal and some nuts, either almonds or peanuts (unless you are allergic).
As it may be many other things, too, you may want to check out low blood sugar on www.hufa.org, before making an appointment with a doctor.

Go to the doctor. You may have iron deficiency anemia. You need to be sure. Don't stay home guessing. Do you have heavy menstrual cycles? Go to a Doctor and find out what's really wrong.

could be many things, like the others said. Mono makes you extremely tired.
I was like that once and found out that I have very low iron count. Just go to the doc. He will know what to do.

Could be several things, but if you are young I would bet it is mononucleosis. There is no cure but bed-rest! A blood test picks up mono! Have a sore throat?

It could be many things.
But I would make sure that your thyroid is functionally normally. This can be done with a blood test proscribed by your doctor.
The thyroid effects energy, mood, memory and metabolism
best,

Are you getting enough exercise, and eating properly? Fat can make you lethargic.
