ther are many ways actually,but my advice to you ,especially if your on a budgit.is to extend your fore finger forward from your fist and thrust accordingly towards said application,also this technique can beadjusted by extending more fingers as you progress.how ever i would start out slowly and work your way up,its not a pretty site witnessing a jammed fist.Happy tickling

the hardware store sells plastic tubing at a few cents a foot. You will need to cut one end and melt it back together to form the glans tip.
