And for that matter, if the conservatives are so "wrong" why are all of their books best sellers and all of their radio shows #1? And how does Fox News manage to get higher ratings than CNN & PMSNBC combined?

The liberals can't get ratings for their radio shows because if you want to listen to that stuff you just check in with CNN, CBS, ABC and NBC. Now take all of the media outlets and you have 4 of the 5....and the one left (FOX) is too the right so it gets far greater ratings because the left is divided by the other 4.

Besides the conservatives are true capitalist; and they know how to entertain, market and sell. A socialist liberal will never understand that.

Well, the majority has been known to be wrong before. Just because more people watch A instead B doesn't mean that A is more correct, just that it's more popular. Popularity isn't everything, which I guess is just a problem with how democracy works. The Nazis were very popular and managed to be elected democratically. There aren't many people who'd say they were right. Maybe all the liberals need is better marketing?

They can't get any ratings? When the president is the head honcho conservative and his rating is dropping lower and lower? At that point, why bother paying attention to the ratings of the other guy...

And basically, it's because there are too many conservatives that have turned into nut jobs who want the country to be a dictatorship that goes on their views alone. (No offense normal conservatives.) Too many have gone overboard and gotten much more outspoken...in return the liberals are becoming more outspoken to. And really they both just need to shut up a lot.

For one thing you're wrong to begin with- about everything you just said. But some things like the ratings on Fox news is because the rest of us aren't watching the mainstream media. It's controlled by money and we don't have money. Our priorities are different. It's the right wing conservatives with money because they are greedy and care only about their precious selves and what they can buy who influence things like that, and what is bought and sold in this country.

Liberals tend to be poor (financially, not morally or in any way that matters). This is because we care about people and the planet and we share our wealth and resources where it does good. We don't buy or sell much of anything except good will and kind words. Have you ever heard of that- good will or kind words? or sharing? or caring?

I just answered this question...

we don't flock to the radio to have someone tell us our opinion... we make up our own minds... it's pretty simple actually... we also use a variety of media instead of EVERY ONE of us going to the same ONE CHANNEL like you do... it's really not that complicated... we like to get more than one point of view on the news...

the fact is... the vast majority of Americans would much rather watch "American Idol" than anything on Fox or CNN... it's like 100 times the ratings of any of those..

1. GODLESS, by Ann Coulter (Conservative)
2. DISPATCHES FROM THE EDGE, by Anderson Cooper (Liberal)
3. WISDOM OF OUR FATHERS, by Tim Russert (Liberal)
4. MARLEY & ME, by John Grogan (animal lover - liberal?)
5. THE WORLD IS FLAT, by Thomas L. Friedman (neoliberal- whatever that means)

One of the top 5 non-fiction books one is by a conservative, 3 are by self-professed liberals.

NBC Nightly News gets 7.6 million viewers compared to 2.3 million for the most watched "news" show on Fox News

Air America is only on 70 stations nationwide compared to
over 300 for Rush Limbaugh.

It's easy to sell a lot of product if you flood the market.

It's not the population that thinks the Liberals are right...the media just tries to convince you of this.
Don't you remember how they told us the Republicans were going to get thrown out on their ears in the last election?

It's all about religion and politics. Pay close attention and you'll see that the big money is in Baptist organizations and efforts. Don't be fooled for too long, like the rest of them. We all pay later for what the Republicans do now.

Speaking of high ratings, why don't you look up the most important rating of them all genius. The Presidents approval rating. That's what I thought.
