Do you mean reveal the stocking tops? Stockings always show even with pants the ankles show a little. That's why we wear them, cuz they make legs look better.
Stockings tops are a different story. Sometimes as a tease, or when out at a bar it happens if you get tipsy and careless. I once did it in an airport when a guy was really staring . I knew I would be leaving soon, so just as I was ready to go to the gate, I let him have a full view of my stocking tops and garters as I pretended to fumble for my bag. He looked like he saw a ghost his mouth dropped open so far.

I assume you mean flashing the stockings tops in public? I mean by wearing stockings they show unless you are wearing pants and socks over them, which I do sometimes in winter.
I wear then high enough they never show at work, but its fun in a club when you are with a girlfriend who is also wearing them, to cross our legs on a bar stool in a way that the stocking top or garter peek out a little, and watch the reaction of the guys. Its also fun in a limo or valet to give a little flash when getting out of the car.

Yes I do once in a while, but first I want to tell jucy jules that most of us girls who wear stockings have great legs, that's why we wear stockings to call attention to our best asset, just like girls with big boobs wear lo cut tops and tight sweaters.
I never show them at the office, but in clubs, or on a date I will give a little flash of a garter or stocking top, just to watch the guys go insane.

I wear stockings to school cuz I have a job right after class, and i do it a little in some classes to watch the guys wiggle a little. I have even gotten a couple teachers really nervous showing my garters a little. I always pretend i don't know it's showing but i do.
