Confidence from friends, family, and yourself.
I personally found the cure for me when I went to summer camp with a bunch of people I didn't know for a week. I saw there that people that are outgoing and crazy seem to have a lot more fun. I tried it out, and its true. Don't totally change yourself to get there, get to the point where your confortable with it. Good luck

Increase ur social interactions by 3 minutes each day. Pick a goal and say i will say hi to 3 people today and do it. Increase more and more each day. then do something like i will say hi to 3 people and have 1 minute of small talk with at least 1 of them. and keep going until u feel comfortable talking and socializaton more readily with others.

Embrace the shyness, make it yours and there is no need for a cure :-)

I was quite shy for a long time but then I started chatting on line and came out of a lot of it. I also got invovled in things that made me happy and boosted my confidence.

Something else that helps if it's bad enough: medication. I would reccomend you seek the advice of a physician before pursuing that option.

First is you should associate with more people and become friends and talk to them. Worst case scenario, anti-depressants meds can also be used to treat shyness

Force yourself into a situation where you have no choice but to be talkative. What helped me was working, customers think you are rude if you dont say anything. Im not shy at all anymore.
