Because they have hard times signing the right players to long term deals. I really think the next 2-3 years will be big for the C's. It is rumored they could pickup Andre Miller from Denver in a trade- and if they do the right thing with their draft pick they should be a decent team...but we need a big man! #1 priority someone who can rebound!

I'm a Celtics fan too. They can't get free agents because they don't have enough money to pay them. They are an average team. Free agents would want to go to a championship calibur team.

Where I live the Celtics are a football team as in soccer, this is the WORLD wide web and I haven't a clue what your talking about.

i don't know. the Celtics are overlooked. but its not hard to figure out why. hey, maybe they can get a good, consistent player.

because danny ainge keeps going after young players and who wants to play with a bunch of rookies, they need some veterans besides paul pierce
