How can I transfer the files from my scandisk to my phone?

I have a samsung t809 and I have been trying to make a mp3 file into a ringtone. I thot you could do this. Help?

i have a samsung phone and you cant transfer song off the card onto your phone.however you can record the song as a sound.by playing it through your computer and then on your phone go to my sounds, record new. i suggest playing the song loud.then press opinions, set as, ringtone.if you need help e-mail me.

You mean from your transflash to your phone? Download to your computer (usb cable is easiest) then upload the tone to your phone.
