Change your diet. Try eliminating one thing in your diet, for about
5 or six days. (try the food you think may be the culprit first) If there is no change then do the same thing until you see what it is.
I have always had very good skin but I started getting so awful I
wanted to put a bag over my head. My dr. told me to drink soy milk for my stomach. I eliminated chocolate( thank goodness it wasn't that!!) Any way it was the soy milk. It was the second thing I eliminated because I realized I didn't ever have a problem till I started drinking it. I hope you have good results.

If your problem is like mine, you will have serious problems getting rid of acne. All the products for problematic skin are made for oily skin. Mine is both with acne and very sensitive and dry.Clinique toners don't work, nor hard scrub. Try using some liquid soap for sensitive skin(L'oreal), normal toner for combined skin and Avene hydrating cream (for sensitive skin). It will help.

See a dermatologist or primary care doctor for a prescription of Tazorac, its great. I do not recommend the gel however, the creme works better for some reason. Don't try Differin gel, bad side effects.

Wash your face vigorously every night. Don't use oil-based makeup, and if you ever wear makeup MAKE SURE TO WASH IT OFF. Use clinique clarifying lotion II to wash your skin every night to unclog your pores. Go to your doctor and ask for a prescription acne medication, like accutane, those work really well. Hopefully these tips work.

Find facial products that contain salicylic acid. You will see major results in about a week. Biore makes one face wash using salicylic acid. It worked well for me.

Cut back on carbohydrates in your diet. All the extra fat has to go somewhere, so it sits in your pores and can create acne.

Wash your face gently. Doing it rough will make the problem worse. If you over dry your skin, it will produce even more oil.

Stop touching your face and wash it with Dove after every meal and whenever it feels oily.
