Firstly ignore the cover up advice you obviously were unhappy with it to try to burn it off, so your best off just staying away from other tattoos. Go to a doctor to get treatment for scarring, also you may be able to get the rest removed on the NHS as you have been hurting yourself.

Depending on how old the scarring is, you could try vitamin E and cocoa butter. If it has been that way for a while you may have to have it lasered off, or otherwise repaired. Good luck!

I'm not surprised. I'd be scared as well if you tried to burn and cut me off.
