Cary Grant made so many great movies. It is hard to believe that he never won an Oscar for an individual role but two immortal directors in Howard Hawks and Alfred Hitchcock both nominated him as their favourite actor. He also won a lifetime achievement award at the Academy Awards.
He was well known for his screwball comedies such as Philadelphia Story and Arsenic and Old Lace. The Philadelphia Story was his best known role as a flawed but irrestible character.
Grant was the first person to refer to gay in its modern context. In 1938's Bringing Up Baby he appears in a pink dressing gown saying ""I've just gone gay all of the sudden". The censors didn't understand the context and so passed it despite the strict Hays Code.
He appeared in a number of Hitchcock's movies and was a favourite of both the director and the audience. North by Northwest was his most successful movie. He plays an advertising agent mistaken for a spy in a classic story of a man caught up in events beyond his control.

Way too many to pick just one. Arsenic and Old Lace, Notorius, An Affair to Remember, could go on and on. Of todays actors I think Hugh Jackman reminds me a great deal of Cary Grant.

Father Goose was a great funny movie. And An Affair to remember was the ultimate chick flick.
