Did you know porter cable and Dewalt are all the same company? I have found that milwaukee's quality all around has depleted since TTI bought them and moved production to asia

That is 100% not true, however even though you say TTI sucks and I agree, they own Rigid. Rigid is home depots house brand but home depot is slowly backing off because the quality of all of TTI's tools have gone down and can't compete with DEWALT's

I love tools! That said, I also find Milwaukee to be a quality product in their CORDED tools. I use DEWalt and expect that as a popular brand it is effective, but often a disposable tool, in time.

I also very much enjoy PORTER, and have many of their products.

I suggest all have their good and bad, and what your need is should be applied to how you purchase.

Applications often require "Switching"

I may have 3 brands at hand, on a job, and use them as I feel they will appropriately suit me, and get the job done,,,as "time is money."

I also, very often connect with a manufacturer and debate or resolve an issue with a particular tool.
