To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 5 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

The other answer to your question is right, stop trying. Some other ways might work. checking your basal temp each morning, around ovualtion time you will notice a slight increase in temp, take plan ol' robitussen, no other meds, tussen will make your cervical fluid thinner which makes it easier for the sperm to swim in. Know when you are ovulating, have sex serveral times around that time. Another way to do it is to have sex every single day or night.
Hope this helps. Good Luck!

First of all, JUST DON'T CARE ANYMORE. Don't think about pregnancy so much. Second of all, make sure your partner is always on top. I use to stress all the freakin time. I hadn't gotten pregnant for awhile and everytime I would get my rag..i would be soooo sad. But I kept myself busy and never got time to think about it. Now I'm VERY happy to say i'm finally 11 weeks pregnant.

The *only* way to get pregnant is to have sex during the few days per cycle you are fertile. The *best* way to get pregnant is to determine when that is, and have sex during that time.
Please read _Taking Charge of Your Fertility_ by Toni Weschler. It will answer all of your questions.
