The version that I own is "Peanut Butter Jelly Time" by Chip-Man & The Buckwheat Boyz.

It's the Buckwheat Boyz and the full title of the song is: "It's Peanut Butter Jelly Time." But there is a hilarious episode of Family Guy where the dog sings the song in a banana suit.
