he says if he calls me instead of me calling him it wont cost to me the 8cents a minute after 100minutes(the one hundred minutes have been used already). is this true.

It doesn't cost you anything for him to call you unless you are using a wireless phone in which case if you have certain plans sometimes you can call people with the same plan for free.

Yes, some carriers charge for long distance after a certain allottment of minutes. There are millions of different plans out there and they vary in how they charge for long distance.

Whether your boyfriend is telling you the truth... I wouldn't know. If you need to ask whether your boyfriend is lying to you, you may want to re-examine the relationship.

Use Yahoo Messenger. It has a voice chat that works great with any microphone (cheap ones are $10 at Best Buy) and speaker. You two can talk forever - and if you have a webcam you can even see each other.

Well, if he is calling you direct on your home phone, not collect, or on a cell phone, than it chould not cost you a thing.. all charges will be directed to his phone. But if he calls Collect, or person to person, than you will be paying for the call

It depends on your specific plan.

If HE calls YOU, long distance charges won't apply in most cases, but minutes over-charges usually will apply.

ya its trur if the phone is connected to the wall and you cant take it around with you everywhere you go.
