Both of you sound too immature to be in a serious relationship. So, go out to movies, dances, games, and whatever but let the I love you part go for right now. This is a mature person's phase because responsibility & understanding comes with the use of it in a relationship.

You're young, it's obvious, so unless you plan on being with ONLY your girlfriend til the day you marry her, consider going with other girls. Don't waste your life with only 1 girl at your age. My Dad always said to "play the field" while your'e young.
Also, jealousy is healthy for any relationship as long as it's in small doses. Isn't it nice to feel wanted?

How old are you? Obviously young... You NEVER talk about your past relationships with your current partner. The fact that you are doing that shows that you have no regard for her feelings. Why don't you put yourself in her shoes? If you really cared about her you would be just as pissed...

Well i've kinda ran into the same situation as this speaking from a girls point of view,, I care about my boyfriend a lot but if he were to tell me that he liked someone else i would be very heart broken. & sometimes the truth hurts we just gotta deal with it... But i'd much rather him tell me he wants to end it then just leading me on one. && also putting himself through the misery of still being with me

I feel you need to figure out what you want all these other women or your girlfriend. No girl wants to hear about the other women you used to have fun with it makes her wonder why are you with her if you like these women so much. All women like to feel they are the only one in your life even if it is not all together true.

My ex used to do this to me all the time. It drove me absoulutely crazy. He would talk about their sex life together, their whole relationship. Girls don't want to hear this trust me. I used to get in so many disagreements with him over this. But he always said that is just how he is. He likes to tell stories that weren't necessarily good. So that I guess I wouldn't do the same things. Well you know what? About a year after we broke up. His new girlfriend called me. She was upset because guess what he was now talking about me!! Wow, she was now going through what I went through. It took about 2 years for him to stop talking about ex's. He only dated them for 2 years. But you know what he dated me for 8. Good luck to her!!! So the moral of the story is keep it to yourself. Otherwise she might think your seeing one of them. That's what this girl thought. Please don't hurt her it really cuts like a knife!!!

The past should stay in the past. No one likes to hear about your past girl or boyfriends. You can think about them all you like, but bringing them is another subject. If you know she gets mad about it, and you love her, don't do it.

break up, apparently you have other girls on your mind, so it doesn't seem like your ready for a committing relationship.
stay friends with ur girl, date other girls and see what happens, maybe the two of you will be together again or maybe you will just meet someone who will keep your mind off other girls.
