I am a diehard Lostie! I get some of what you are saying, but some of it I need to review. For example, I never caught on to the Utopian idea or the Greek references. I have been focusing on the "special" experiences and/or talents of Hurley, Walt, Kate, Doc, Desmond, Locke, and others.

I have a copy of Season 1 on the way, and I am taping Season 2 reruns. I want to watch them all again and analyze them . . . always looking for clues. You have given me something new to think about.

I have read a couple of articles that suggest sometimes (especially end of season) even the actors do not know what is going to happen next until they get on the set. While that might just be a publicity tool to help the actors get "off the hook" from revealing secrets, I wonder what the impact is if it happens to be true.

My biggest fear: The writers really don't know what is going on, and they are using the Losties' interpretations and best guesses to determine what they will write for the next episode.

Losties have their own wikipedia: www.lostpedia.com . I have spent some time there, and it does provide a helpful hint now and again. Mostly it points to something that I missed, despite the fact that I watch almost every episode a minimum of 2 times.

Gotta check out the songs, too. Was their a prominent band from Season I??

I don't know but I love the show. Can't wait for next season! Also, if you go on ABC's website on to the Lost page, you will find chat groups with people talking about their theories. You might lget more responses there.
