Got candle wax on a new pair of jeans (don't ask)... just wondering what to do to remove it - tried scraping it off and washing them, but neither worked. Any input would be appreciated. Thank You!

Put the pants in the freezer. When the wax is hard, scrape off what you can. Then, put paper towels on both sides of the cloth. Use an iron to melt the wax onto the paper and keep using fresh paper until no more wax comes off.

Try putting paper towels on the spot and running over it with a hot iron. The wax should stick to the paper towel. You might have to do this a few times to get all the wax out. If a stain remains, try using oxi-clean.

Heat (iron, but not directly on jeans - just let it hover over). Once the wax is a bit softer, scratch it off with a credit card.

You can either rub icecubes over surface and try to peel it off, or place a clean white napkin over wa and on low heat iron over wax. The wax will melt onto the napkin. Good luck!

Take a wet towel, put it on the wax, take an iron, set to steam and put it on the wet towel, wax should transfer to towel, well, it works on carpets, why not jeans? and why can't I ask how you got it on your pants?
