jack comes back everyone's shocked to see both jack & his brother steve even tho steve has no memory of anyone even his wife kayla, hope faints after talking with bo about giving him another chance, mimi and belle get their eggs harvested but they ran into some complications w/ mimi's cuz they only got 1 egg harvested, lexie is ready to get payback at sami for spilling the beans abt her affair w/ Tek. Austin & Lucas discuss about their future fiances'. Austin said that if carrie chose him over lucas then he would've married her right then and be having their kid. Sami is livid and she's worried about blackmailing lies with lexie. Jack wants to go home to try & spend of the time left with his family.

Short answer: Mostly nothing as with most Fridays on the show nowadays
Long Answer: I missed the first 15 minutes but what I saw. Belle and Mimi went to be harvested or whatever, but the doc could only get one egg from Mimi. Practically all of the Brady's and Horton's were reunited with Patch (Steve) but he still doesn't remember a thing. Kayla's upset because he won't want to return the the Salem life that he doesn't remember. Jack requires Lexi's help when he starts feeling sick again but returns to his and Jennifer's house in lue of going to the hospital (Patch goes with him). Sammy overheard Austin telling Lucas that if he still had a shot he would rather be with Kerri (something like that sorry). And while Bo and Hope were talking about trying again (who knows what they've decided....they just talked around and around in circles) Hope passed out in Bo's arms. The end. I think I got all the important stuff. Sorry if I missed anything

Steve PATCH was reunited with all his family of course he don't remember anyone. jack went home with Jennifer. hope passed out in Bo's arms. Lexie was going to tell Austin about Sami but had to go to jack instead. bell got 5 eggs and Mimi only got 1 thats all i remember LOL

So Sorry I used to love this show but they drag a story on for way too long and they make the characters act so stupidly and they seem to be rehashing the same storylines over and over. I almost don't watch it at all anymore.

sorry i dont watch it anymore but i used to watch it everyday i even seen boa and hope get married the first time and patch and kayla and you get my drift anyway it started getting stupid i loved it when everone was normal but cant stand it anymore sorry
