Sounds like you might have a ring worm. Get some antifungus cream and put some on it but wash your hands afterwards. Before it spreads. Ringworms spread and get larger anti-fungus helps to kill the ringworm. Some say blue star ointment helps but the anti-fungus does the best.

By your description I'd say it's ring worm. See your doctor and he can prescribe something that will get rid of it quickly.
