Depending on your area and internet connection... and people on the other side of the planet from you... It might take 24hours 05minutes and about 45.39seconds before you'll be able to vote for the best answer :)
I believe there is not 24 hours in the day time... It's more like: 23hours 58.5minutes and 34.5seconds :) Thinking of it this way, makes the day smaller and not as stressfull.

Well there could possibly be 24 hours in a day...but honestly there probably arent. You only think that because that is what youve been told. Clocks are just the chains they bind us with.
