i say it is more of an addition to the general guidelines of manliness than a law ...
however it would be cool if things like that had become a law... and being such then being broken ...one must suffer the punishment of this crime against his manliness...
a punishment so severe that those who dont die from it are forever in touch with their manliness thereafter ... never thinking to violate such a law again... and/or so manlitized by that experience of punishment that such thoughts dont occur in their mind to even violate such laws...

LOL I like it when guys cry. But this is funny. So my vote goes for "no." But I like that commercial where the guys decide that if you "poke it, it's yours."
