They're not *always* the same; just look at 2002. Argentina and France shocked the world with their terrible performances (a fact we're still trying to forget), but if we make it more often than the others, it's a combination of tradition, the fact that our guys play well as a team, home team advantage, great supporters, passion for the sport, and good coaching.

Did u take a good look at what the referees have been doing?
They just don't wanna believe that Brazil CAN actually suck at the game!
But it's usually because they have the experience, cultural background and passion.
If the entire nation watched their national team win the cup, there was bond to be a few boys out there that got really excited and decided to make it there dream to repeat it!

Because its all POLITICS< none of this is real, I love it, but its not real. It is near impossible for the same teams to go through each time. The government buys the teams, tells them to lose, and they get paid $$$ for losing. Its as easy as that. Please portugal sucks, they got through this round with 3 free shots. Italy was DRAW with the US, how can these teams be any good.. and Brazil, Japan scored first, its all being in the right place at the right time too, none of these teams really have skill though.

Seeding i think of is in part for 3 motives a million. i think of it rewards communities that do nicely. If there advance into no seeding, the 'ultimate' communities might have much less incentive to do nicely and get a intense FIFA rank. 2. If it advance into random, you need to finally end up with say a crew A of Brazil, Spain, England, France and say a crew B of North Korea, Honduras, NZ and Italy. doubtlessly, this might recommend Italy has an considerable 'benefit' to progression added, on an identical time as 2 'greater perfect' communities of crew A won't purely be knocked out early yet for impartial followers you have each and all the attention to crew A, and no person cares approximately crew B 3. Seeding facilitates the communities to be mixed in terms of geography of international locations. as an occasion, if it advance into randomized you need to get a crew of all eu communities, and yet another crew of all African communities and so on. Seeding facilitates each and each crew to be mixed, consequently making it a 'international cup' If an underdog crew advance into stable sufficient, seeding shouldn't impression their probabilities of triumphing. in certainty, random grouping must be seen as unfair, as I even have pronounced above with the two crew examples

because these are the teams that know what their doing ( im not saying that theyre the only ones that know how to play really well; look at korea and the u.s. theyre pretty good too), know that they have a good hope of winning and because these are the teams that are the most confident and have the most experiance.
