I wouldn't think you were sweet, I would think either that you were fake, or I would be glad to see someone who had a good attitude like that. However, it wouldn't make me warm and fuzzy inside or anything, if that is what you mean, because this guy doesn't know me, therefore it doesn't seem genuine. It's kind of leave it to beaver-ish, and I'm glad that there are people that GOOD out there (unless he's faking), but I like a little more authenticity and uniqueness in my "thank you"s.
