I don't know about foreskins...but I heard they sell the placentas ...sick!

" Pharmaceutical companies use human placentas as a source of hormone, drugs, and blood: portions of placentas are also used for burn coverage. The placental and umbilical cord veins can also be used in blood vessel grafts, and cord blood can be frozen to provide a future source of pluripotent stem cells, for example, to repopulate red bone marrow following radiotherapy for cancer."

Yes.

Some cosmetics companies buy it, which is strange.

Another use for foreskins is the creation of "synthetic" skin to be used on burn victims. Although not technically stem cells, the skin on a baby's foreskin is so new, it is the perfect seed to grow new skin. Just a few foreskin cells can generate many square inches of lab-created skin. This type of lab created skin is a major breakthrough for burn victims. This way they don't have to do skin grafts from other parts of their bodies, or use skin from cadavers. Plus, there is less scaring with that type of skin.

What about people who donate blood and other organs? Blood transfusions are very costly, but the hospitals acquire the blood for free.

Yes, apparently, it is true. Penn & Teller do a show about it. They use them in beauty products. Freaky!

It's not true. Dead skin is just that...dead skin. There is no value in that...not to mention selling human tissue is illegal.
