No, because a sex change does not involve placing a uterus and ovaries into the person getting the sex change. Only the exterior changes.

No, it is impossible for a once man become woman to get pregnant. Physical characteristics of the man change to become a woman, but he does not have the required equipment to become pregnant.

I agree with gemthewitch, they only change the outside, the inside is still the same. Unless in some scinence fiction way it would ever be possible to transplant those missing feminine organs.
