you can find places that let you rent out their club house (usually at apartments or any place like that)...there is a place here in my city named will rogers theatre but it is used for people to rent out for such events and i went to a halloween party there and it was hosted by some rich dude that gave everyone free beer and drinks all night...the hooter girls were there as well and it made for a very pleasent evening...
