not only is fooball being shown on almost every goddam channel, even the frigging commercials ( which have nothing to do with football) are football based. im SICK, SICK, SICK of it! are you?

No. It only comes once very four years and it's one of the only things that brings people the World over together with a similar excitement and hype - rather than the usual miserable war and disaster. It's very special.
And what's even better is that Wimbledon starts next week!
So it'll be Tennis, tennis, football, tennis, football ALL DAY...! :D

YES! And basketball is just as bad. The football on tv is childish. Put any of those teams up against the team from "The Longest Yard" (both the movie versions) and they wouldn't last! I don't watch football or any sport for that matter! I'm a lover.

ME TOO. Why does every station have to have a sport show on...tennis for gods sake...I would rather watch flies f..k, and golf, what kind of a fool watches golf on TV? At least foot ball has some good music sometimes.

i am soooooooooo sick of hearing about the World Cup...come on, we've got no chance in winning so why the hell are we still shouting about it!! my son made us watch the france v togo...that was the final straw...its time to tell him a little white lie about all the tv's in our house contracting a virus from the computer, so they dont work...and cant risk the radio getting it......so off round to his nans if he wants to watch it, but he'll have to remember not to talk about it incase the virus jumps from his mouth to something in my house....do u think he'll believe me, hes only 7 years old so its worth a go isnt it!!!
