neutrogena deep clean is moderately priced and does a great job on my very oily skin. some places even have a generic version of it that is usually a little cheaper and just the same quality.

Clearsil (without the tint) works well...I've been using it for a few weeks now and there is a dramatic difference in the amount of breakouts I go through! And it only cost me $5! I highly recommend!
