Anyone familiar with The Gay Avenger"? The superhero aimed at the gay & lesbian people.?

I heard about it on the radio. His arch enemies are straight people. He fights for the gay community when they are mistreated by the law, straight people, and his secret weapon is a kiss on the lips of his victims who become gay. What's also deadly to him is to be kissed by a lesbian, this acts like kriptonite. He wears a costume & cape and flys. Anyone else aware of this character?
