Why isn't La Crosse on the sports section?

Lacrosse has got to be one of the coolest sports in the world. why is it not popular? Who invented Lacrosse. :-)

lacrosse was invented by the iriquios(sp) a few hundred years ago, i think its about 500 years ago.
but when they played, it was like sacred, there was no roughing other players and each team had dozens of ppl on the field. sounds like crazy fun though.
