Yeah, get the evidence. Nothing is as enlightening to a person's understanding of reality as the real facts. But then, once you have them, you have to decide what you are going to do about it. I had evidence of my ex's affair dropped in my lap a few years ago ... I wasn't suspecting anything. I then had to decide what to do about that information. She had already filed for divorce. I took comfort in the affirmation that it wasn't ALL MY FAULT and decided to let it lie. My kids didn't need to have alll of their mother's indiscretions made part of a public court record.
The next thing I had to do was figure out how to forgive her and the guy I thought was my best friend for their horrible breach of trust. I am glad that the hurt and anger are behind me.
That is how I handled it.

you might take action with your spouse before you have real evidence, but if your going to make it a company issue then yes you need evidence and enough income to make it ok when they fire the spouse.

I know this sounds crazy but you should just throw up your hands and say screw it you want her you got her and go somewhere else and find a new woman to romance because obviously she dont want you so why put up a fight and look stupid and cause friction she will get hers one day and you will be with someone else and you will see her on the street one day or see her working at hooters when she is 40 and then you will laugh your *** off!

Evidence matters most in a courtroom. Prepare yourself well even if you expect it to be easy.

Yes. The cheating spouse is skating on thin ice and I would have the blow torch.

Yes, and make sure it's good solid proof, too. Otherwise, you may be wasting your time.
