it makes more sense if you put it in separate lines:
so here we are
all of us stand around
we're leaning heavy on each other
always wondering what is it that lies
behind the worried eyes of one another
i think it would mean that we always rely on other people, so much that they probably actually know more about you than you do, but you still dont' really know who they are for sure or whether they are really who they say they are.
kind of like that...i hope you get what i'm saying.

Sounds like the way we end our AA meetings-we stand in a circle-(we lean on eachother during the meeting)and we "take eachothers inventory" if you will, to see what it is that lies behind the worried eyes of another.

I dont know exactly, but it sounds very intresting.
This is what I think,
that we are all close in many ways, and dependant on each other in many ways, but we are also different, and always curious of one another..

People rely on one another for support and comfort, but since we can never truly understand the mind of another human being, we are essentially alone.
