Its weird isn't it. I think music echoes something deep within our makeups, even deeper than emotion. Something seems to resonate within the physical and the intangible. Like it tickles our very essence. Seriously without music, my life would be much emptier

That's a really good question! I'm not sure...sad music makes us sad because the beat is slow and reminds us of things that have happened in our life that are sad. Happier music makes us feel happy because it's more upbeat with higher notes that make us think happy thoughts. You stumped me! I don't really know...

Some lyrics in songs relate to what has happened or what is happening in our lives. There is a song that just came out I cry to everytime I hear it because I can relate to it. It also has certain meaning like we heard it at our wedding or it was playing at a friend's funeral. I have those songs stuck in my head all the time.
