I used to use corn starch, that is what Mom told me to use. Keep her dry and cool.
A onesie is this weather is more then enough to wear.

Give her baths in leuk warm water with baking soda (about 1 tbsp in a sinkful of water). Dry her completely and dress her in WHITE. Also, she may be allergic to the laundry detergent you are using, so I suggest you use something dye and perfume free. Same for your fabric softener.

For my newborn (4 weeks old) the doctor recommended to wash with Cetaphil... (a medicated over the counter liquid soap) and also prescribed a cream...

i use corn starch it very good . give him a bath dry him off then puy the starch around his neck and back ans aslo bottom.

keep the baby cool....sweat free.....no moisture in the area of the rash!!!! baby powder isnt the greatest it causes moisture.....the best is diaper rash creams
